Event Safety and Crowd Management

At SafetyCrew, we provide our clients with comprehensive safety management for their events:
– detailed planning and venue design
– coordination of the event with security forces and emergency services
– management of security staff, medics, firefighters, and other units during the event
– crowd monitoring through security cameras and drones
– crowd management via a mobile operations center
– a team of certified stewards deployed directly on-site

Our team of trained professionals and our technologies help prevent incidents, ensure the safe movement of people, and contribute to the comfort and positive experience of attendees.

Soft Targets Protection

Places with a high concentration of people – soft targets – are naturally vulnerable to security threats. Recent experiences show that Slovak primary, secondary, and higher education institutions are not prepared for potential attacks – whether a bomb threat or an active shooter.

At SafetyCrew, we analyze schools’ security needs (conducting a safety audit), propose tailored measures, and train staff to respond effectively in the event of a security incident.

Crisis Preparedness

Today’s world requires a fundamental shift in how we perceive personal safety. Crisis preparedness is no longer the domain of isolated “preppers” in bunkers. It is a reflection of a responsible lifestyle—of someone who refuses to be a passive victim of circumstances. Being prepared does not mean waiting for disaster; it means having the competence to handle unexpected disruptions to everyday life, whether it’s a natural disaster, a technological blackout, or a conflict.

At SafetyCrew, through our “72 Hours” project, we help individuals, communities, and organizations prepare for crisis situations.
