Safety at events and in public spaces directly impacts the satisfaction, safety and well-being of visitors, whether it’s a concert, festival, sports match, or large public gathering. We offer our clients comprehensive safety solutions tailored to their needs—from detailed planning and coordination with security forces to monitoring and crowd management via a mobile operations center. Venue Design, Safety Plans, and Event Planning

Planning crowd movement at events or public spaces is a crucial first step for a safe event. This includes analyzing the layout, designing optimal movement routes, and precisely positioning entrances and exits, including their optimal capacity. At this stage, we also identify risk areas prone to dangerous crowd density or other incidents and propose preventive solutions.

Control Room – Mobile Operations Center

A mobile operations center, or Control Room, serves as the central hub for monitoring and coordinating all key processes and security operations during major events. Our control room is equipped with advanced technologies, such as CCTV systems, communication devices, and monitors, allowing staff to track crowd movements in real-time, identify potential safety threats, and respond immediately to any situations. The center is staffed by a team of trained operators who ensure the smooth running of the event and the safety of everyone present, coordinating organizers’ actions with police and emergency services in case of incidents.

Crowd Management On-Site

Active monitoring and guidance of crowds on-site are essential during events or gatherings of large groups. Our trained staff oversees the safe movement of individuals, quickly responds to unexpected situations, and directs people to prevent excessive crowd density, accidents, and chaos. During emergencies, we support evacuation procedures and ongoing rescue efforts. We use various communication technologies—megaphones, social media, mobile apps, public announcements, large LED displays, and dedicated smart screens with real-time content updates—to relay important information during emergencies.

Trainings

For event organizers, having basic knowledge of crowd planning, management, and safety is crucial. This knowledge helps them effectively mitigate risks, ensure the smooth running of events, and provide visitors with a pleasant experience. We offer practical trainings to equip our clients with the necessary skills to prepare for challenges when working with large groups.

Technical Equipment Rental

We use technologies in our work that can also benefit event organizers independently— two-way radios with extensive accessories, monitors and screens, navigation LED panels, or safety vests equipped with LED technology and optical fibers for high visibility at night. These technologies are also available for rent.

Soft Targets Protection

High-density areas like schools, hospitals, shopping centers, and transport hubs are naturally vulnerable to security threats. Often having minimal security and safety measures, these locations face higher risks. We provide tailored solutions to enhance safety and minimize risks. Our experts analyze the specific needs of the site, propose customized security measures and train personnel to respond effectively to security incidents.

Safety Audits

Safety audits are the first step toward improving the safety of “soft targets.” This process evaluates the security level of facilities, identifies risk areas, and assesses current processes, procedures, and measures. Based on the audit results, we provide specific recommendations to improve safety and minimize risks.

Safety Plans and Procedures

In emergencies, swift response is crucial— well-defined procedures help minimize confusion, speed up decision-making, and ensure coordinated team responses. We support our clients in developing (or updating) their safety plans and procedures for handling security incidents.

Trainings and Simulations

Training employees in responding to security incidents and conducting regular evacuation drills are essential for effective and swift crisis responses. These activities prepare staff to handle stress, follow coordinated procedures, and manage people safely during unexpected events. We provide training, simulations, and practical exercises tailored to our clients’ needs, enhancing their ability to manage incidents and ensure the safety of people under their care.

Crisis Management

In unforeseen events threatening safety, we help our clients prepare crisis plans and offer immediate support for coordinating and managing crises. Our goal is to help clients quickly recover from emergencies and resume operations.

Civil Protection Plans

 
Authorized by the Slovak Ministry of the Interior, we prepare civil protection plans for clients, including employee and caretaker safety plans in accordance with Slovak Law on Civil Protection. In Slovakia, all legal entities are required to develop and regularly update these plans, similarly to how it is in the case of workplace safety or fire protection obligations.

Emergency Incident Management

During unforeseen dangerous events threatening safety and stability, we provide clients with immediate support in coordinating crisis events. We ensure communication between all parties involved and monitor the situation in real-time. The goal is to minimize damage, protect lives and property, and ensure a swift return to normal operations.

About us

Braňo Tichý

Founder & CEO

Braňo Tichý, an expert in crisis management and crowd control, has a background in psychology, specializing in crowd psychology and crisis management for mass events.

He has served as a safety manager for numerous large public events mainly in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, including music festivals Pohoda, Uprising, Rock for People, and concerts by Rammstein and Ed Sheeran. Braňo also contributed to the safety of public gatherings, such as the visit of Pope Francis to Slovakia or Bratislava Pride and various rallies in 2024.

Braňo holds a safety manager certifications for public sports events and a he is a certified civil protection specialist. His previous experience includes humanitarian work worldwide, crisis management advisory at the Slovak Ministry of the Interior, and leading refugee assistance operations on the Slovak-Ukrainian border during the Ukraine crisis in 2022.

Martin Královič

Founder & Head of Crowd Safety

Martin Královič is an expert in crowd safety and event management with over 15 years of experience. He holds degrees in Crowd Safety Management from Buckinghamshire New University and a Master’s in Crowded Places and Public Safety Management from Coventry University.

For years, Martin has contributed to the safety of major Slovak and international events, including public rallies “Za slušné Slovensko”, Pope Francis’s visit to Slovakia, and festivals like Pohoda, Uprising, and Rock for People as well as concerts of Depeche Mode, Rammstein of Ed Sheran.

Martin currently serves as a security advisor to the mayor of Bratislava. Previously, he held a position of State Secretary of the Slovak Ministry of Interior. During the COVID pandemic, Martin also served in the Central Crisis Management Team of Slovakia.
